In these astonishing times, I do hope that you and yours are all safe and well.

My family and I have been kept very busy with house cleaning and decorating and lots of gardening in the fine Spring weather while social distancing. And writing of course. Lots of writing. *grins*

One of the projects that has been on my “to-do” list for the last few years came from discussions at my local Romantic Novelists’ Association chapter meetings here in the UK. Several of my friends have come to me and asked for help on the practical and technical side of publishing a book on Amazon.

Not the story craft, writing or marketing. I am talking about the fingers on keyboard steps they need to take to format the text and publish an eBook. Then, how to create the paperback version of that book using KDP Print (or Ingram or Lulu etc.).

Not everyone has the budget to buy specialist software or pay a freelance company to do this for them.

What we do have in this lockdown period is time. Time we can all use to learn new valuable skills.

Hence my new book which is out this month.

It includes everything that I have learnt over the past 15 years and is as comprehensive and user friendly as I can make it.
