One of the delights on our Norway trip was the experience of life on a cruise ship. NOT I hasten to add, one of those super posh ships where everyone dresses up for dinner – not for me.

This was a definitely a working passenger and cargo ship delivering supplies to the remote islands.

But the styling was based on the original 1930s ship with the same name  and I loved the Art Deco touches throughout the public areas and cabinet making in the cabins.

A nice change from my familiar home decor. LOL
