Cephalonia – or Kefallinia for the Greek speakers- was HOT – even for me, and I like the hot weather.
We arrived in the middle of a mini-heatwave [ 32-34oC] for May so a lot of the extra long walks were cut back since it was seriously hard work in the afternoon, butI still managed about 6 to 10 miles a day.
And OF COURSE most of it was uphill in the hottest part of the day.
So how did I manage to put on 3 pounds?
Oh yes – WAY too much to eat and drink. It was all too good.
It was wonderful to eat by the harbour at 9pm in light clothing and warm breeze.
Now I have a lot of catching up to do – but most exciting – my first book is now up on the Mills and Boon Website – and there is link to an Interview I gave the site. Much more to come. Happy writing.

Thank you ladies – it was a wonderful holiday and I am thrilled to be back in time for the launch of my first book.
Glad you had such a fabulous holiday, though it does sound terribly hot. I can’t imagine I would have walked anywhere.
